3. Third-Party Services
Stripe: Payment processing. Your card data is transmitted directly to Stripe's PCI-compliant servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Supabase: Database hosting for donation records. Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers.
Resend: Email delivery for donation receipts. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for delivery purposes.
Vercel: Website hosting. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain donation records for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and legal purposes. Contact information is retained as long as you wish to receive communications from us. You may request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements) at any time.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure database access controls, and limited staff access to donor data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
